Signal Lost in Tawau

What's happening to my network coverage in Tawau, Sabah? I keep losing signals for the past 3 days at places where signals will not be lost. Whenever I need to call, the bars just started dropping until no signal is left! What's going on? I just reloaded RM30 2 days ago and the signals keep getting lost. Please fix this matter. TQ.

Now my phone don't have network. I'm in my own home at Taman Hot Spring Jaya. I have to use my wifi to send this.
