Every time you ask me to rate and give a feedback after I made a payment.
I did it, and it's giving me an unpleasant experience.
For months I typed in the feedbacks, and every time it gives me a reponse "Failed to save feeback".
Been tried to tweet to Digi twitter, but I got ignored (no reply until now).
After months of failure, still not improment on this. (facepalm)
Do you really care about our feedback? Come on!
