RM 4 charged for value added service 33980

I have been charged for RM4 on 2020-10-15 for value add services 33980. I am sure that I have never subscribe anything or receive any message regarding this. Please allocate a refund on this. Thank you.

Same here, just want to pay bill and noticed from September got extra charged RM4 from 33303.

Below sms from DIGI and there was nothing stated what's the request and why is it processed successfully for service...  4times means my coming bill will charged RM16 without any reason and just pay for free?

 

This Happened last 4 years my another numbers also getting this issue, it's huge number when charged rm4 from all DIGI user.

Now CMCO also no any offer from all telco just keep on using this kind of technique eat all our money.

Somemore the internet very Sxck now never had 4G internet!!

Always get trouble change to H+, disconnected when in urgent, internet down when raining..

I'm a DIGI user more than 15years.

If i no subscribe to the plan now i will CHANGE directly to others.
