Problems with direct billings

Im having problems with direct billings. Im using a new phone now, and a new plan. Last time with old phone, and old plan, all payments went well. Im using Postpaid.

Old phone was Huawei 2i
Current phone is Vivo Y15s

Error messages;

1/ Not supported by client
2/ Unavailable
3/ Payment declined
