if your phone is dual sim.. turn of f the other sim then only can proceed to enable digi billing.

Having the same issue as OP.
Device: Samsung Note10+
The SIM card has previously been used for successful payments, both as standalone SIM and dual SIM. The last successful payment was just a month ago.
