Port Out rejected (SOME OR ALL NUMBERS ARE NOT IN SERVICE error)

Currently I'm Digi Prepaid user and I want to switch to others telco.

I already submite my request at new telco, and receive SMS from Digi for me to confirm leaving.

I had reply Y to leave.

But  Digi sent me sms said that my request was rejected.due to SOME OR ALL NUMBERS ARE NOT IN SERVICE.

while checking in the MyDigi Apps, states will expires on 08 Aug 2020.

Can this be solved?
