Port Out Retry

Hello. Decided to port out to other telco on 10 June. I received the message from DIGI to port out but I didn't manage to reply on time Smiley Sad

Called your CS and he asked me to resubmit. I tried to resubmit a port in request but it says the port in is in progress. Please advise. Thank you~

Edited cause I saw the SMS stating the reason.

MNP request resubmission shall be triggered by your destination telco. Perhaps give some time for the system to update and inform your future telco to resubmit.
