I don't know why my port out request was rejected, im using prepaid plan and i don't think i have any unsettle bill, can i get this solve ASAP or atleast check my number why it was rejected.

Faris_, kindly inform the new telco to resubmit your port-out request and we will process it accordingly once receive. There seems to be an issue with the port-out request previously which has impacted the port-out process at the time of submission. TQ.
