Hi, good morning. Yes, it is correct. If your number is eligible and you have a credit card, an advance payment is not required. If you are eligible but don't own a credit card, you need to pay an advance payment upon signing it up. The amount will be refunded in rebate form in your monthly bill and the amount depends on your phone number's eligibility, the phone model and the Digi Postpaid of your choosing. Thank you.

Hi wansyo. Third-party Credit Card is allowed with the presence & authorization of original owner during sign up. Credit card auto-billing subscription must be active throughout the contract period.

If i want to apply Phone Freedom using my credit card, do i have to pay device advance payment?
And i want to know if the bank hold the device price or not?
Regarding the phone freedom program for existing customers, Is it true that we must have credit card, if not, we have to pay the device upfront payment?
Currently subscribed to Postpaid 80
