Payment through MyDigi app failed

Dear sir,

 

I have successfully made payment RM288.53 by Maybank2u online through FPX payment gateway via Digi App on 11/11/2019. However, I didn't receive any message for successful payment and Digi bill still show outstanding. The reference no: 1911110954150409, amount: RM288.53, payment reference: T200651165919.

 

Can send me the invoice, thank you.

I top up my digi through digi apps...but failed..and my account bank have already deducted..here is the fpx trans id 2003081602250057
