PORT OUT REJECTED FOR 2ND TIME

Hi, I requested to leave DiGi the first time was rejected because DiGi didn’t received my SMS validation. Second time, I requested again and also rejected but with other reason - number is not in service.

I just reloaded RM10 before called customer services and still in active account when I requested second time. My line was okay. Please fix this asap.
