May i know what the current status of my MNP for transaction no : 17042316590532. Have it been submit port request to donor telco?

Hi phyz,

 

Upon checking, your number have been escalated to our MNP team to submit the port-in request. Here's your case ID for your reference- CAS-1835076-D1F4. 

 

Kindly wait for the validation SMS from your current operator. The process will take about 2 working days. Once Celcom signal been disconnected, you may change to the Digi SIM card ya.
