MESSAGE FROM 20000 STEAL MY CREDIT

Every time I topup my number, then in few hours I receive message from service number 20000 and it take my credit about Rm2 for a message I received.. Could DiGi help me terminated this service from my number and stop the service steal my credit.. Thanks you..
