I have  missed to reply the request to leave Digi through SMS yesterday. What should i do now? 0165673631

You would have to contact your new provider to resubmit MNP application.

Why is it so hard to let me leave digi? . Just continue my request to leave, from digi.
Many people said they intentionally don't allow customers to change until customer feel bored and cancel to leave digi.

Telemarketer just cal and asking why to leave digi after that digu just give message they receive my request. End up digi said cannot proceed because i didn't reply their message to leave. Please clarify asap!

WHen i want to reply Y or N the message cannot be sent even I already activate the push message

saya dah buat permohonan untuk tukar digi ke maxis tetapi digi dah rejecter permohonan sy sedangkan sy dh follow semua arahan..saya dh call semula maxis utk resubmit application tetapi sampai sekarang sy masih belum terima verifcation mesej dari digi..ni no saya 0102696538..tolong cek n saya juga sudah pm anda.

ya memang pihak anda dah balas di fb tetapi kenapa masih belum terima sms validation daripada pibak digi untuk permohonan kali ke 2?.. saya pun dah call pihak maxis untuk buat permohonan semula.saya di maklumkan pihal digi 1 hari hanya 1 permohonan sahaja bermakna permohonan kedua sepatutnya sms masuk pada hari kan?.. tapi kenapa sampai sekarang sms x masuk..boleh tolong cek x apa masalah nya dengan digi ni..kenapa susah sangat nak uruskan pertukaran telco.

Tiada permohonan semula port-out yang diterima untuk nombor 0102696538 setakat ini, UMISAIDAH. Permohonan akan diproses dalam tempoh 24-48 jam waktu berkerja sebaik diterima nanti. SMS pengesahan akan dihantar pada bila-bila masa dalam tempoh ini. TQ.
