Frankie0222, boleh kami tahu jika perkara ni telah dilaporkan kepada kami melalui aplikasi MyDigi? Jika belum, mohon kongsikan dengan kami info lanjut mengenai situasi yang dihadapi itu dengan log in ke aplikasi MyDigi (menu > Support > Report An Issue > Network Coverage).

Hasil siasatan kes anda akan dikemaskinikan di bawah 'Status Kes Saya' di MyDigi. Maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami Smiley Sad

Frankie0222, to assist u further on this, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage. 

Our investigation findings on your case will be published under Case Status / My Reports on MyDigi within 5 (or more) working days from the report submitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused Smiley Sad
