from 22/5/2021 4 30 o'clock until 23/5/2021 didn't have line and cannot send messages besides that I also cannot call anyone. Because of the connection error I can't study online and I can't reply my teacher message and I miss my attendance . I am from kampung binjai kemaman terengganu . I hope u can solve the problem as soon as possible .please I want study

Mmg pukimak je digi, kepada sesapa nk pilih telco, pilih celcom, ye mungkin lgi mahal sikit dri digi, tpi aku rela sbb dpt Internet okey kau bayar pon dpt apa yg kau bayar, kt sini kau bayar kt anjing, anjing tktau mcm mana nk makan duit halal, haram pon dia amik skali, so please, kalau boleh stay away from digi, amik telco lain, babi digi sial je

Kenapa di kota Bharu Line Digi teruk sangat,terlalu teruk sangat99999999,tolong LA naik taraf sikit,kata no1 dekat Malaysia,hakikatnya no 100 ke belakang,tolong naik taraf sikit,menyesal stay dgn Digi,Line terlalu teruk

Maaf atas kesulitan yang anda alami. Boleh hantarkan aduan maklumbalas rangkaian melalui MyDigi app (Log in Mydigi> klik ikon Menu sebelah atas kiri> Support> Network Coverage) supaya siasatan lanjut blh dijalankan. Hasil siasatan kes akan dikemaskini di bawah 'My Reports' di MyDigi dlm tempoh 2-5 hari bekerja. TQ.
