How to unsubscribe viu?cant unsubscribe from viu account

There are several methods to go about unsubscribing Viu.
You can click on the link provided in SMS from Viu, go to Viu's website and cancel the subscription from there. Log in at https: //www.viu.com/my > click "My Plan"> click "Unsubscribe"> Press "Confirm". Or you may contact Viu via email to ifoundanissue@vuclip.com or call up to their customer service hotline at 0322422991.

Just download viu apps then press in and choose my plan then unsubscribe premium plan,then will receive notify message from 20000.

yes sure, download apps thru phone and unsubscribe there. SOLVED

open sms, type viu unsubscribe send to 20000, today i've lost rm10 with viu auto subscribe, hope this will help others

BTW, the website stated rm5/month for the premium.. both of us get charged for rm10..

maybe digi get comission for subscribing for us 😛😛😛
