Hi Digi_Joe, i have recieved confirmation from ErosNow about the cancelation of the subscription from them. thank you very much. and now how, and when will i get my refund? because i had paid RM12.20 for January.

Invoice Period :12 Dec 2019 - 11 Jan 2020
and also i still got RM4.00 unbilled for the same mistake subscription from ErosNow.
Here i attach the pdf payment billed same as the screenshot picture as a proof that they cancel subscription .
