Hi Digi support team,
I've made complained to Digi helpline about disputed Internet roaming items and seeking to waive the charges. Case ID (CAS-52594-J956) has been created on 29 Nov but I've not received any respond from Digi support, so far.
I'm currently on overseas business trip , and it would be costly for me to call Digi helpline from overseas. Pls kindly guard me where I can follow up the case online or any Digi support member from this forum can direct assist me.
