我要这个配套SIM卡寄来了,收到SIM卡2018年3月2日,并且call 603-78657864这个号码要求激活这个SIM卡所有条件以及符合了。在2018年3月6日申请激活服务专员说24小时后会收到换去digi SMS,24小时后什么SMS都没有,我又call 603-78657864他们说我会通知manager 申请,直到今日2018年3月10日 一样的事情重复做你们.......不累我都累呀!拜托快点好吗?

根本就是垃圾
如果不是配套绑死
一早就把你换了
data开着的结果什么都没有。。。
不然就无服务。。。

請你們檢查我的單,我已經因為你們的辦事手法轉到別的電訊公司了,轉之前也確認了還清你們公司的單了,也特地去store確認了!為什麼這個月卻charge我RM30++?請問我還要有欠你們嗎?我欠的到底是什麼?這已經不是第一次了!之前我還曾經因為你們說我欠兩個月而傻傻還了兩個月,後來查明真相,只欠一個月,你們也才因此調整了我的statement,這次又是為什麼???
