My Maxis switch to digi were not activate more than 24hours, and it's been a week waiting. I had completed and received my digi sim at putatan digi centre and also paid RM10 service charge conversion to digi to your staff ms. Nora. Nevertheless I have been called your helpline multiple times but each time it goes off while waiting online. ???
