Saya da PM, tapi belum ada sebarang respon daripada DIGI...

 

Semakin hari, semakin teruk coverage line..tp bayaran tetap sama saya bayar...

Apahal dengan DIGI ni,

 

Dari line problem sampai team korang pun masalah..aku banyak kali respon, fB pun aku komen, personel mesej lagi di inbox tapi tiada respon..

 

Aku hantr personel inbox , kamu belum baca lagi..

 

Boikot la DIGI lepas, maaf 1 familii kami buang DIGI, dari coverage line sampai team korang langsung xbagi kerjasama..

I have made report on the really BAD coverage of digi. Ive been using this yellow bad line since 2010... and now im stuck with the contract plan of digi. I pay more than rm200 for this yellow bad line. Nowadays people really need excellent coverage as everything is online.. u better do fast repair if not after finishing the expensive contract of yours i will use another color of telco!!!

Setiap hari line digi saya sekurang kurangnya 10-15 kali akan hilang sendirinya. Seterusnya saya akan tekan airplane mode on dan off untuk mendapatkan kembali line digi. Ini akan menyusahkan saya kerana saya WFH dan menggunakan hotspot untuk bekerja.

Hi. Untuk bantuan dengan isu liputan, hantarkan aduan rasmi melalui aplikasi MyDigi; Menu>>Support>>Network Coverage.

 

Aduan akan terus dihantar ke bahagian teknikal. Status aduan akan dikemaskini di dalam My Case Status di bahagian Notes selepas beberapa hari. Mohon maaf dengan kesulitan yang dialami.

Please try to restart your device and on/off flight mode. If no changes, when it is possible for you, please use/download our latest MyDigi app for your smartphone, tap on the Menu option on the top left section> Support> Network Coverage to lodge an official case for further investigation.
