suwai, to assist u further on this, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

Please add better coverage at my place kk3 - 2fa - 28 at University College TATI Kemaman Terengganu. It got bad signal at higher ground like I do. Please🙏

Bulan bulan bayar jaa Rm100. 00 lebih.. Tapi line mcm taik....... Dah banyak kali complain.... Sama juga... Satu minggu ok... Lepas itu teruk.... Line tunjuk 4g tapi Facebook pun tak Jalan........ Digi paling teruk, kata mana mana boleh dapat.....

Setiap Kali topup bnyak kena tolak Hari nie aku top up 30 kena tolak 10 untuk Digi langganan yg aku Tak tahu cammana nak off...pastu jam 10 tdi kena tolak 4 ringgit secara tiba2... Tinggal 14 ringgit buat apa? 1.macammana nak off auto langganan 2.knp Ada tolakan kalau duit lebih dri 5? I need reply from digi

I want to report about their bad coverage at my area which is Kg. Tanjung Pagar Sipitang, Sabah with 89857 poscode.

Lately, the coverage went bad as 4g with 1 or 2 bar then sometimes turn into no signal. I was wondering what happen because previously the coverage quiet good with no problems.

To be honest, it was so hard exspecially for me as a student to reach the internet connection to join the online class.

I hope the authority can make this thing clear as soon as possible before I change with other telco. Thank you.
