Bad Coverage and Slow Internet Speed Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this message to complain about the stability of the DIGI internet is extremely SLOW and UNSATISFIED.


Meanwhile, I have done some survey of the surrounding DIGI user neighbourhood, they all agree about the internet is highly unstable and the speed is hyper slow. Even sometimes it has shown 4G with 4 bars, but accessibility to any website, page, upload or download required to wait for a long time (worse than h+), it is frustrating and irritating especially during the period of Covid-19 outbreak, we all have to stay at home to get our work done with a stable internet connection and speed. Currently, some of my neighbour and friends changed their internet provider because DIGI is so disappointing. 


We are going toward the year of 2021, the age of automation and digitalization which many works can only be done more efficiently with high-stable internet speed. I believe there are many potential customers will choose DIGI in my residential area if DIGI pays attention to the internet coverage, put effort to the stability and speed of the internet, willing to hear the customers' complaints and making improvement. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Mlm ni mmg aku x tahan dah terpaksa cakap line digi mcm babi.. Esok klau x ok jugak aku nk tukar pkai maxis.. **bleep**tt!!!

Aku dah berbulan bulan tahan dan sabar dengan line digi nie..tp alhamdullillah akhirnye digi dah semakin bertambah lagi teruk..ucapan babi sial gampang cibai dan cilake la buat digi...mencadang untuk agar digi tutup je la daripada hidup segan mati tak mahu..#bersamamu sampai bila bila akan bertambah susah

Tak paham mcm mna diorg nak selesaikan mslah ni. Line teruk sngat kat Kampung. dh ada 3 bar Line 3G(H+) pun tk loading apa². pelik la juga yg 3 bar tu skdar kulit utk inform users yg line diorg ada tpi tk brguna la kot. Ingatkan line slow sbb tak langgan, bila dh langgan, smpai hbis tempoh langganan sikit je data yg kurang. slebihnya? tak habis dgunakan sbb most of the time tk load apa² benda pun bila buka browser apa semua. Tak perlu reply sruh tulis report dlm MyDigi app tu sbb saya dh pun report dn hnya ckp minta maaf utk selenggara semula pstu Case Closed. tak jadi apa pun lpas tu. tkda perubahan pun brlku kat line ni. msih lembab. Jangan buat Case Closed selagi tak fix problem ni ya. berhenti bagi harapan palsu kat pengguna seolah² korang dengar masalah kami pdhal tk buat apa pun. Tutup kes bila masalah dah selesai. Bukan tutup kes sebelum masalah diselesaikan.

Honestly dont waste time . Go to MCMC and make a complaint there , screenshot everything  , and just spam it everyday until Digi get sued once again

Aku tak tahu nk cakap mcm mne.. Kami sbgai pelajar memerlukan coverage yg power.. bukan slow.. nok submit assignment pun terhalang.. Bayar mahal-mahal,, dpt line slow.. please do something!!!!!!
