Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this message to complain about the stability of the DIGI internet is extremely SLOW and UNSATISFIED.


Meanwhile, I have done some survey of the surrounding DIGI user neighbourhood, they all agree about the internet is highly unstable and the speed is hyper slow. Even sometimes it has shown 4G and 3G with 1 bar, accessibility to any website, page, upload or download required to wait for a long time (worse than h+) and also hard to make a call with 1 bar signal. in need to get outside from house to make any call. it is frustrating and irritating especially during the period of Covid-19 outbreak, we all have to stay at home to get our work done with a stable internet connection and speed. Currently, some of my neighbour and friends changed their internet provider because DIGI is so disappointing. 


We are going toward the year of 2021, the age of automation and digitalization which many works can only be done more efficiently with high-stable internet speed. I believe there are many potential customers will choose DIGI in my residential area if DIGI pays attention to the internet coverage, put effort to the stability and speed of the internet, willing to hear the customers' complaints and making improvement. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

ametamzar, To assist u further on this, kindly log in to MyDigi app. U can click the menu icon > Support > Email > Category & submit ur feedback on the network issue that u are currently facing. If u have upgraded to the new MyDigi App, Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused Smiley Sad

Macam bodoh dibuatnya berurusa.n ngan digi nie.. Lagi complain report makin macam bertambah teruk.. Macam makin kurang coverage.. Pencawang dah dh jual agak nya kot.. Tp duit tetap potong.. Line slow pun bayar.. Sangkut sangkut pun bayar.. Tak bole pakai pun bayar.. Memang digi babi scammer...

Benda nie pun selalu sangat berlaku kat aku.. Mula aku ingatkan hp aku bermasalah sampai aku tukar hp masih tetap jadi benda yang sama juga.. So kesimpulanya memang...........digi termahal terlembab #digiter

Harap pihak digi perbaiki keadaan line digi dekat Ranau, Sabah. Line 4G tapi macam tiada line. Sebelum ni line sangatt ok, tapi mula hujung bulan 9/2021 line tiba2 tidak bagus.
Harap pihak digi baiki dengan secepatnya, sebab sy dah nak mula odl ni.

line 4G voLTE full bar tapi satu benda pun x gerak. TAHUN LEPAS 2020 KATANYA MAU D PERBAIKI ISU NI. LEPAS TU 2 BULAN LEPAS SAYA TANYA LAGI BALIK BG BANGKIT ISU YG SAMA AND RESPON "PERLU MASA" APA 1 TAHUN TU X CUKUP KA. SUDAH LA X TEPATI JANJI. INGAT SAYA LUPA KA. KAMU BILANG "ISU AKAN DIPERBAIKI SEHINGGA  SAMPAI BLA3" SKARANG NI LEBIH DARI TARIKH YG D JANJI. APA INI. JANGAN HARAP LA KAMU MAU GABUNG SAMA CELCOM. BG BAGUS DULU SISTEM KMU TU.
