memang tak gune line digi ni..masa mula2 dulu je ok..rupa2nya,inilah cara paling busuk untuk dapatkan duit pelanggan...setelah dia dapat duit ko ,dia bagi perkhidmatan super sampah.. .bty ni bulan terakhir dgn digi (nk habiskan kouta)& aku akan tarik family aku untuk buat benda yg sama juga...the last rm160 for rubbish service

Hi rahmat2uspace. Untuk bantuan dengan isu liputan, hantarkan aduan rasmi melalui aplikasi MyDigi; Menu>>Support>>Network Coverage.

 

Aduan akan terus dihantar ke bahagian teknikal dan status aduan akan dikemaskini di dalam My Case Status di bahagian Notes. Mohon maaf dengan kesulitan yang dialami.

NilsonBrenden, to assist u further on this, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

Our investigation findings on your case will be published under Case Status / My Reports on MyDigi within 5 (or more) working days from the report submitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused Smiley Sad

Norhafiezam, maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami Smiley Sad Boleh kami tahu jika perkara ni telah dilaporkan kepada kami melalui aplikasi MyDigi? Jika belum, mohon kongsikan dengan kami info lanjut mengenai situasi yang dihadapi itu dengan log in ke aplikasi MyDigi (menu > Support > Report An Issue > Network Coverage).

Hasil siasatan kes anda akan dikemaskinikan di bawah 'Status Kes Saya' di MyDigi

Dear PIC,
Please fix line coverage at Sungai Plan Bintulu Sarawak. Im paying high bill but the result like **bleep**t.. im facing this almost 1 year.. gaming and social experiences become poor.. im begging.. please fix this.. if not better im changing to other telco!!!!

Hi Raymond96. For assistance with the network issue, please submit an official report via your MyDigi app ; Menu >> Support >> choose Network Coverage.

 

The report will be received by our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status in the Notes section.

Bad coverage at Persiaran Pakatan Jaya Ipoh , when playing game or loading the internet speed is 460
