Jessicajames97, to assist u further on this, kindly log in to MyDigi app. U can click the menu icon > Support > Email > Category & submit ur feedback on the network issue that u are currently facing. If u have upgraded to the new MyDigi App, Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused Smiley Sad

Very bad coverage and internet connection speed like siput.. No report coming from digi so i purchase the internet package perday.. Im always purchase per day because personal reasons. Jadi bazir duit saja.. Always mcm ni. Supposed digi sent info bagitahu customer yang ada masalah secara terang..Masalah yang hairan line bar full siap 4G lagi tapi buka Google Chrome satu page loading tak jalan lansung. Bazir duit saja.. 20 GB 24hours ...yang 3GB per 24hours that package i always buy pon problem selalu.. Complain dalam apps dah banyak kali call takde pon.. Alasan sama.. Yang 10GB perday tu teruk lagi if bukak youtube sangkut2..10gb 24hours tu.. Check kuato kadang2 yang guna satu gb lebih je.. Nak guna full mcm mana if slow.. Mohon pencerahan

KG Pandan 1, Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport, 26070 Kuantan . Coverage still pretty bad even at the airport since i work and live here. its been a decade but still this area had a bad digi coverage! I know it just a small suburban but we still need some improvement regarding this! This suburban also is about to grow up. Its 2020! Please make an improvement here. We are one step behind the 5g era.

Very bad internet coverage at bandar behrang 2020...i cant even surf internet to find stuff for my study...

Bad coverage.. always spike when streaming.. post code 91000 Tawau.. never better since 2017.... so noob

please give a good speed your network signal, I pay for nothing with slow signal it will take a longer time  to me streaming the video even downloaded, 3 am i thought the signal is work fast but it is beyond expectation, so slow . do your job make your customer satisfy with their network we digi because we trust your network, make your network faster as you can, i cant download big file with 500kb speed. other country can make it better. it 2020 still slow still cant cover a good network how much people pay for you,  but still dont have improvement, every money we spend is all in your pocket not try to make change and give a good signal for your loyal customer. shame on digi. day by day this network getting slower than before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The signal is keep breaking up when i making calls indoor and most of the indoor place has no signal at all.
