deniz, untuk bantuan selanjutnya ke atas isu rangkaian anda, anda boleh melakukan aduan rasmi melalui applikasi MyDigi (Log in Mydigi > klik ikon Menu sebelah atas kiri> Support> Email> Category dan hantarkan laporan masalah rangkaian yang anda hadapi. Jika anda dah upgrade ke MyDigi versi terkini, anda Cuma perlu klik Menu > Support > Network Coverage. Hasil siasatan kes tersebut akan dikemaskinikan di bawah Status Kes / My Reports di MyDigi dalam tempoh 2 - 5 hari waktu bekerja (dari tarikh laporan dilakukan) Maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami

Hi LamAbdullah, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kindly report the issue via Mydigi app (Log in Mydigi > click icon Menu on the top left side > Support > Network Coverage) so that we can proceed with further checking.
The reported case can be checked in 'My Reports' via Mydigi app within 48 - 72 hours from the report time. Thank you.
