Just nak bagitau je pd yang baru gune kn digi jangan risau kalau internet anda bermasalah sbb itu memang normal bg penggune digi.. Kebiasaan line teruk bermasalah lebih sering berlaku berbanding line yg elok.. JANGAN GUNAKAN DIGI UNTUK ANDA KEKAL CERIA BERHUBUNG... TIADA DIGI TIADA LAGI MASALAH..

If the issue still persists till now, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

Our investigation findings on your case will be published under Case Status / My Reports on MyDigi within 5 (or more) working days from the report submitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused Smiley Sad

Kenapa skrg Digi tersangat9 bad service??dulu no1 di Malaysia,tapi skrg pilihan yg terakhir pengguna,Sya dh pkai sim Digi nie lama,dh 3 4 number fone,semua Digi,masuk tahun 2020 dan 2021,rangkaian Digi nie terlalu teruk sama ada di bandar or kampung,tolong LA upgrade,kdg Line full tapi nak buka apa pon tak boleh,tolong laa,Klau berterusan MCM nie,satu hari nanti semua rakyat n pengguna Digi akan boikot,byar mahal bulan2,tapi apa yg kami dpt tak berbaloi lgsg,nak buat kerja semua tertangguh di sebabkan Line Digi yg gila9 nie,Line yg full,4g tapi apa pon tak boleh di buka,tolong LA boss paling besar Digi,jgn nganga ja,lakukan sesuatu,jgn Smpai kami boikot Digi nie,skrg PON dh nampak,n ramai sgt9 pengguna Digi dh mnyesal guna rangkaian Digi,kualiti terlalu teruk 2tahun nie,jenama besar,kualiti paling bawah,lebih bagus YES n TONE WOW,bagus lagi rangkaian tu di kg atau bandar,Line full n laju time nak buat kerja..di tuju kan kepada manager n semua staf Digi,jgn mkn gaji buta,nganga saja,sedangkan pengguna semua merana dgn rangkaian DIGI,jgn Smpai betul2 bangkrap n jatuh saham DIGI baru nak SEDAR DIRI,dah tiada guna lagi time tu, sekian

selama 3 hari berturut data internet tidak memberi respon..merugikan saya sebagai penguna lama digi dan saya ingin mendapatkan ganti rugi kerana data yang dibeli tidak dapat digunakan

Bad Coverage area Meru, Klang.... Before this i using digi bill. Then coverage always loading.. till i change from postpaid to prepaid... And the coverage was same. Slow everytime...

helmisuhaimi, have u tried to reboot ur device and recheck on the connection back? If the issue still persists now, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.
