Eric30, boleh kami tahu jika perkara ni telah dilaporkan kepada kami melalui aplikasi MyDigi? Jika belum, mohon kongsikan dengan kami info lanjut mengenai situasi yang dihadapi itu dengan log in ke aplikasi MyDigi (menu > Support > Report An Issue > Network Coverage).

Hasil siasatan kes anda akan dikemaskinikan di bawah 'Status Kes Saya' di MyDigi. Maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami Smiley Sad

For 4 years I used Digi. I used hundreds of ringgit to buy Digi top ups. Every time I want to play a game. The internet is always 70ms to 80ms. Sometimes every time it rains no service. But my sister who uses maxis, its ping when playing games is maintain40 to 50ms. Then when it rains the internet is ok. There not no service. I've been saving this feeling for a long time. I have promised myself to switch to Celcom. I did not get any sympathy or any help. What I said above is all just a great regret.

Hai.. Boleh perbaiki coverage digi line di kawasan saya Kg. Kebun Baru, Batu 10,Telok Panglima Garang,Selangor. Poskod 42500 .. Line terlalu perlahan walaupun 4g...

Oh come on digi...why the **bleep** is it to so hard for u to fix this slow line ..fake 4G+ you know...some times it auto change to h+ again and again..as a gamer..it so hard for us to play a game.. please do something.. don't just take our money just like that without make any progress with ur **bleep** telco..its 2021 already..still slow meh? Btw my area is Batu Niah, Miri Sarawak...just fix it..sorry for my bad language and my bad attitude..

kepada semua kakitangan telco digi kami sangat menghargai perhidmatan anda tapi itu dulu .sekarang perhidmatan anda mcm babi buat kerja elok ii la kalau korang still mcm ni lebih baik korang berhenti la kerja balik tanam anggur la dah berapa lama dah aku sabar .buat report dah berpuluh puluh kali tapi still takde peningkatan .Area pasir puteh kelantan .

Sekiranya anda dah buat aduan melalui aplikasi MyDigi, boleh semak respon rasmi kami mengenai aduan di bahagian 'My Case Status' bila anda tekan di nombor kes yang statusnya telah dikemaskini oleh sistem (di bahagian 'Notes') @adlizaki

 

Boleh mesej terus ke Inbox kami, sertakan nombor telefon dan nombor kes untuk isu/aduan anda yang sebelum ni jika perlukan penjelasan lanjut ya, TQ 🙏🙏

Kampung nelayan kuala sungai pinang balik pulau 11000

Please increase coverage (no signal if living indoors & ourdoors only 3G) if there is no signal how to access the internet & calls?
