Bad Coverage Area to complain

Bad network coverage ever at felda Tersang, raub pahang.. I hope your support team can find out and solve the problem asap. As attached, my phone screen. You can see celcom provide 4G+ but digi no network at all since yesterday.. Please fix it asap. Thanks.

Saya adalah pengguna dua sim kad digi postpaid dmana satu sim pembayaran adalah rm100 belum lagi sst dan penggunaan adalah 4G untuk harga tersebut. Namun dah brapa kali saya complain line tapi tindakan tiada. Alasan akan dperbaiki. Ni dh dekat 6 bulan saya bayar free rm100 utk satu sim kad...dmana saya membayar rm200 setiap bulan untuk dua sim kad .... 6 bulan?? Total rm1200. TPi..apa saya dapat.line teruk. Buka video kecil pun line loading entah bila nak play. Saya nak tanya...dah panas juga hati sebab bayar tak terbalas.
1.bila lagi nak buat tindakan???
2.line dh teruk bayar kena full..ada pulangan kerugian saya???
3.nak bagi alasan apa lagi?
Alamat saya..senang...area pasar bintangor, 96500 sarawak. Dulu 4g mula buat..ok..saya salute..tpi makin hari makin teruk. Saya dh complain brapa kali. Agak panas hati. Tolong buat kerja anda. Pastikan apa diiklan terjamin apabila penggunaan.

The connection is so bad in Jalan Baru Peserai, Batu Pahat area since a week ago. Keep getting packet loss when I play online game and get disconnected everytime. 4g connection is barely available,, keeps on getting 3g. Please help fix this issue.

I have had a very bad experienced with digi internet for the past 6 weeks until now in felda selancar Pahang. Even i was i Kelantan during hari Raya festive the problem was still the same. Do something digi.

signal break up sometime no service. In kuala lumpur area but still problem the signal???

aus6179, if the issue still persists, u may log in to MyDigi app. U can click the menu icon - Support - Email - Category & submit ur feedback on the network issue that u are currently facing. If u have upgraded to the new MyDigi App, Log in Mydigi - click Menu - Support - Network Coverage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused

Hello. I'm complaining about the bad coverage at my area, Taman Wawasan, Pusat Bandar Puchong.

Longitude: 101.626133

I can't take it anymore. The signal always H+ two bar only and 'No service' quite often since a few days ago.

Please do something about it. It was hard for me to do my jobs online.
