Princess96, to assist u further on this, kindly log in to MyDigi app. U can click the menu icon > Support > Email > Category & submit ur feedback on the network issue that u are currently facing. If u have upgraded to the new MyDigi App, Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused

I AM ANDREW HERE,DIGI HAD DISAPOINTED ME.I EMAILED TO HELP DIGI ALSO NO USE.NO REPLY AT ALL.
BAD COVERAGE.LINE SUCK.
DIGI CALLED ME AND ASK FOR UPGRADE,THEN I UPGRADED IT.
BUT WHAT I GET SINCE UPGRADED THE PLAN.
-10MB ONLY SPEED.(AS FOR THE PLAN IS 100MB SPEED)
-INCOMING CALL CANT GET THROUGH. SUCK!
DIGI SHOULD DO SOMEHTING!
