I would like to follow up my complaint on the no signal DIGi line made on Friday, 20/7/2017 at 3.14pm.
DIgi is still no signal at my area inside Miri Port, Kuala Baram, Miri, Sarawak. Untill today as at this complaint are made, this line down for 6 days, the line mostly appeared "E'" and '"Emergency call only" almost all the day.
Please fix the problem ASAP. Please make sure it properly fix. As for your info, the line is continously down every weeks since 3 month ago.
