Digi has announced their intention to make a strong push into Internet of Things (IoT) with their comprehensive Connected Vehicles strategy, which offers a spectrum of solutions for commercial and private vehicles, and insurance providers.
What are Connected Vehicles you asked? Vehicles that are equipped with Internet access, and comes with a wireless local area network (LAN). This allows the vehicle to share Internet access with other devices both inside as well as outside the vehicle.
