AisyRara, Digi Vo-LTE service has already activated for your number. If you experience any service interruptions after the activation especially for calls, please turn off the Vo-LTE function from MyDigi app (menu > Settings > My Subscription > Vo-LTE). TQ.

Samsung A50 currently not officially listed in the supported phone list for Digi Vo-LTE at the moment, GregoryX.Activating the service may cause an interruption in the call quality such as drop & no incoming call. Would you like us to proceed with the service activation?
