Unstable Connection Since 3days ago

I have been experiencing very unstable connection for 3days now nonstop 24hrs. My whole family (Digi User) experienced it too. The connection goes LTE then suddenly it lost signal. Man it happens every 3minutes everyday. I already submit a report but noone reply it yet. I tried to look for any news or tweet about it but cant find any. Anybody experiencing the same thing?

Thanks god, the connection had pity on me to post this topic. But the issue is still ongoing. Reply this ASAP

Hi hannan12. Official report is via your MyDigi app, Menu >> Support >> choose Network Coverage.

 

The report will be checked by our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status in the Notes section. Please allow some time for the team to investigate the issue.
