Me and my friend's phone (we are both using Digi) suddenly cannot connect to Digi Network since this morning when we are in this area (Jalan Kempas, Kuching). This is the first time I encounter with this problem after using Digi for nearly 5 years in the same area.
We both have tried to re-start our phone (we are using iPhone and Samsung respectively). And also tired to connect to Digi network manually. Nothing happen (refer to attached screen shot).
My question is:
1) How can I make a report on this to Digi to solve the connection problem?
2) What else can I do to solve this connection problem?
