I have been experiencing slow internet connection (3 mbps - 5 mbps ) in my house despite staying in a 4G LTE + coverage zone. My neighbour who is currently using Maxis has no issues with the speed at all and can easily get around 25+ mbps in speed connection.
Hoping a soonest respond from Digi soon

Agree! I have same issue with the network. At first I thought I was not in the fine coverage area. I made a complain to DIGI and CS called me to change my sim card to 4G (which I remember I changed it), but as I never see the icon 4G appear on my phone, I decided to change it again. After changing, the 4G icon does shows up, however, the problem persisted. Imagine my office is on level 31 Menara AmBank, which is just opposite to KLCC, yet I can't even send out Whatsapp at most time. FYI, the 4g icon is shown. Same thing happen at where I stay. It is within 4G coverage, but I only get Edge network...I wish DIGI could give a better explanation. I have been using DIGI for 14 years, and I don't wish to switch easily.

manzzz, mungkin kami boleh melakukan semakan connection Digi di lokasi anda. Untuk bantuan selanjutnya anda boleh melakukan aduan rasmi melalui applikasi MyDigi (Log in Mydigi > klik ikon Menu sebelah atas kiri> Support> Email> Category) http://goo.gl/RNWQ9s dan jika anda dah upgrade ke aplikasi MyDigi yang baru (Log in Mydigi > klik ikon Menu sebelah atas kiri> Support>Network Coverage) supaya siasatan lanjut boleh dilaksanakan. Hasil siasatan kes anda akan dikemaskinikan di bawah 'Status Kes' di MyDigi ya. Maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami
