Kindly get the registered owner to walk-in to any Digi Store or authorized outlet to submit your request for change of SIM card, wangkc. You can find a store that supports SIM replacement using our Store Locator at https://goo.gl/vx5W0Q. Choose 'State' and click 'All' for Outlet. Under 'Products & Services', filter for 'DigiNet+ SIM Replacement' option only ya :-)
