Slow Internet

Its been a month this problem occur, i have make report last 2 weeks but still the problem didn't settle yet. Please repair your connection at my area. As im doing online business, this is a really big problem for me.

Hi HALIM1101. If you sent it via your MyDigi app, you can check the report's status via the app under My Case Status. Usually the caused and solution is updated in the Notes section.
