hafiqfarhan, boleh kami tahu jika perkara ni telah dilaporkan kepada kami melalui aplikasi MyDigi? Jika belum, mohon kongsikan dengan kami info lanjut mengenai situasi yang dihadapi itu dengan log in ke aplikasi MyDigi (menu > Support > Report An Issue > Network Coverage). Laporan akan diterima terus oleh bahagian terlibat. Jika maklumat tambahan diperlukan, kami akan hubungi anda secara terus. Jangan lupa sertakan sekali nombor lain yang boleh kami hubungi ya. Anda boleh semak hasil siasatan kes di aplikasi MyDigi (menu > support > case status).

 

Untuk makluman anda, sekarang ini, penggunaan yang agak tinggi dan banyak memberi sedikit kesan kualiti coverage di kawasan anda. Kami sedang berusaha untuk mengatasi isu ini secepat yang boleh  Maaf atas kesulitan yang dialami

Pls teach me how to SUE digi for dishonest service.My bar is full with 4g network but the internet is suck.I am ready to fight in court with digi,i have a lawyer team with me.

Mouse, to assist u further on this, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.

Our investigation findings on your case will be published under Case Status / My Reports on MyDigi within 5 (or more) working days from the report submitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused Smiley Sad

 

We also regret to inform u that the unusually high usage has caused internet connection slowness recently. It may take time to resolve this, thus we seek your patience and kind understanding on this issue
