Porting out from Digi

Hi  Digi,

 

I have 3 lines and able to ported out for 2 of them.

The the remain 1 line, I haven't receive sms for port out confirmation.

I have also checked at destination of port in TELCO for and they said there is no history of submission.

This happen for 2 times. 

Today I went again to destination port in TELCO and re-submit again.

So I have submited total 3 times but yet to  receive any sms.

 

Please advise any reason that i do not receive sms to confirm Y or N.

It is not even rejected.
