Porting out from Digi but fail due to reject code SP61

Hi,

I have request to port over to XOX mobile and I have received Digi sms and I have replied Y but end up still fail.

XOX mobile sent me an email and the reject code is SP61 - Customer numbers are temporarily disconnected - involuntarily.

Please advice me what is the issue cause this? My account still active and this is my hp no. 0127597179.

Please reply me as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have request to port over to maxis and I have received Digi sms say that request is rejected due to  - Customer numbers are temporarily disconnected - involuntarily.
