why reject my request with i "did not reply to the sms validation" while  earlier u guys send me the confirmation to leave digi after i type Y toward the sms validation? is this a joke? or just to dragging around?

Hi, yesterday i made a porting out. Today i recive msg that my number 0164614605 been rejected. Can you check why?

The port out request for 0164614605 currently being processed, Sepika.

3rd times replied Y. The first two received message from digi "rejected". Yesterday got a call from Maxis to topup my Digi credit so that they can proceed port out. But still cannot proceed. ☹
