Poor network

I'm ex user postpaid 58 without contract - network good 8/10
Change to postpaid 190 100gb with 24 month contract with P20 - network getting worst 4/10
Location east cost mostly at kemaman.
Why?
I'm assuming once tied with contract.. We are secondary customer.
Feel disappointed.
