Poor internet connection at Kemena industrial estate

Recently, i experienced very poor internet connection especially at night around 8pm to 11pm. May i know why is the internet connection is so poor at the kemena industrial estate bintulu? Is there any problem with the digi internet coverage in that area? If so, hopefully all these problem can be fixed as soon as possible.
