Hello, 19th Mar 2021 i called at 1.00pm the customer service saying the responsible team still have 20 hours before replying to my report. 

 

Now after 20 hours, you are still saying i will be contacted ASAP?

 

Come on la.

 

i have both line which digi is giving different reason at the same time.  i have proof.

 

please don't ask me to play with digi in this matter
