Just called Maxis centre to resubmit 3rd MNP application.
Please make sure the SMS validation comes late at night
Please ask the team to do the work, don's sms by giving these 2 different reasons to my 2 hp's when rejecting:
1. I did not reply to one or both hp's
2. My line or both lines did not active
PLEASE tell the team ok, since they did not accept my calls, and also the customer service cannot or don't want to transfer my call to the team.
Also please investige Miss Masliana or Maslina (whicever, you can check in your system that i called on 19-03-2021 , due to she says i no need to call maxis to resubmit MNP request say this big TEAM will response after 20 hours!

received SMS from digi at 2.02pm saying port out are processed by the port in provider.
busy a bit, then at almost 4 .00pm then have time to install new sim card.
thank you for letiing both of my line to port out.
we're going to enter new 5G era, so when the provider cannot afford to maintain coverage, then we as consumer have to look for other alternative.

Hi Maxis, today i go to DIgi Centre to port in my line to Digi. I already get the simkad form the centre but i still didnt received any message from maxis to port out. can you help me?

Farahainm, have u click on the link we provided via email sent during the port in request to Digi? The port out request will only be initiated once u click the link If u need further assistance from us here, u can PM us the full details of ur issue together with ur full name, IC number and phone number
