I already double comfirm with Celcom on today morning . They say still in process. Can you help me check whether Digi have receive the request ?

I replied to the port out message from DIGI on time, and received message saying that the reply was received. Later, I received a message saying that my request was rejected because one of my line didnt reply to the message..... Called Digi Customer service for help, asked me to call port in telco, did it but no progress from Digi.... Called Digi again, ask me to wait.... How long do i need to wait? Waiting until my Digi is not active anymore... Can you please process as soon as possible?
