PORT OUT FAILED MULTIPLE TIMES

Ive tried to port out multiple times and still fail. When i chat with the agent, she said its because my line is not active. How on earth is my line is not active? Its still valid until 6th April 2018 and currently im able to use it. The credit is also not zero. I havent use any airtime advance. Please digi, i beg you. Let me go. Please
